As for what consultancy is not, it does not involve solving all the problems encountered by organizations. Consultants are not managers or employees of the organization they work with. Productivity cannot be achieved without gaining the tolerance of other employees. There should never be interference in the decision-making processes of managers, nor should orders be given.
